Services

Daily Personal Activities

Personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming). Meal preparation and delivery. Household tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry). Support with shopping and errands.

Transport

Assistance with transport to appointments, social activities, and community events.

Community Participation

Support to engage in social and recreational activities. Assistance with joining community groups and programs. Skill-building activities to enhance social interaction.

Health and Wellbeing

Exercise programs and personal training. Nutritional advice and meal planning. Mental health support. Wellness activities (e.g., yoga, meditation).

Companionship

At Helping Hands, companionship is key to our mission. We aim to make every client feel like a welcomed member of our family and community.

Youth Support

A compassionate team of NDIS-registered caregivers providing dedicated support for youth, empowering them to build independence, achieve their goals, and access the care and services they need for a brighter future.

Exercise Physiology

Musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation. Chronic disease management. Neurological rehabilitation.

Our Team

At Helping Hands Care Agency, our team is proudly led by a dynamic brother-sister duo.

Josh, with over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, coupled with bringing a unique perspective as someone who is neurodivergent, enables him to connect with individuals on a deeper level.

Megan discovered her love for caregiving after personal experiences within the family, which ignited a passion for something she never knew she had a skill for. She has since become an experienced and compassionate carer.

Together, Josh and Megan blend their diverse expertise and personal experiences to provide empathetic, tailored care that truly makes a difference in the community.
